MOOD AND ENERGY BOOSTER :-


  • Clove oil = few drops
  • Lime = 1 or 2 ( depending on the size ) 
  • Mix the squeezed lime juice and clove oil in the bath water

The clove and lime fragrance will fuse into your body and bring out the refreshed feel melting away all the tensions and distress. A stress buster for sure.

SENSITIVE SKIN BATH RECIPE :


  • Powdered milk =1 cup
  • Honey =1/4 cup
  • Oatmeal (finely ground) =1 cup
  • Mix all these well and add it to the bath water.

The milk hydrates your skin and honey retains the moisture.The oatmeal  removes the dirt which has accumulated in your skin..This soak can quieten your sensitive skin and brings back the flawless beauty in you.

DETOX BATH SOAK :


  • Himalayan salt = 1 cup
  • Rose petal powder = 1/2 cup
  • Rose essence oil or rose hip oil = 3 drops

BODY POLISH :


  • Fresh mint leaves = 1 cup
  • Sea salt = 1/4 cup

Grind and filter the mint leaves to get a thick concentrate.To this add sea salt.Jump into the shower and apply evenly on dampened skin brushing upwards to increase the blood circulation.
